Women at the Wheel: Liesl Larouche

Women at the Wheel: Liesl Larouche

Larouche is director of partner success at RevolutionParts.

During the month of June, aftermarketNews will be presenting the esteemed 2024 Class of AMN’s Women at the Wheel. From trailblazers who have helped create departments and even entire companies, to those who ensure their office runs like a well-oiled machine, this year’s group of 26 is full of authentic leaders, each with a story to tell.

Mentorship and programming have united women throughout the aftermarket, serving as a springboard for them to enter the industry and grow their roles into successful careers. They are sparking change and driving results, together.

Today’s honoree is Liesl Larouche, director of partner success at RevolutionParts.

How your aftermarket career began: I was always fascinated by technology and wanted to join a software company, and at the same time, I hoped to combine that interest with my passion for learning foreign languages. Little did I know that I would end up igniting my third passion – the automotive aftermarket.

Proudest career accomplishment: The pinnacle of my career so far was leading the launch of an eCommerce program that integrated 3-D parts visualization on the vehicle directly into the shopping flow. It was amazing to see that vision transformed into reality, where it revolutionized the customer experience and set a new standard in the market.

Best advice to other women in the aftermarket: Curiosity is your most powerful tool. When I began my career, I did not know about the industry, so I simply kept asking questions and reading everything I could about vehicles, parts and automotive manufacturing. Taking this approach will unlock a deeper understanding of the industry and pave the way for career advancement and future success.

In tomorrow’s edition of aftermarketNews, we’ll feature CJ Neville, senior director, global project and engineering management at PHINIA.
