Tom Blackerby Named President and CEO of ASC Industries; Swaldo to Retire

William Thomas (Tom) Blackerby has been appointed president and chief executive officer of water pump manufacturer ASC Industries, Inc. Blackerby succeeds Theodore (Ted) Swaldo, ASC’s founder, who will be retiring after serving as president and CEO since 1989.
