Reshare Corp. to Unveil New eCommerce Solution at AAPEX

Reshare, a distribution relationship management (DRM) software and strategy company, unveiled a new e-commerce solution this week at AAPEX.

“We’re excited to be attending AAPEX with solutions crafted specifically for AAIA manufacturers,” said Adam Southam, chief executive officer of Reshare. “Having engaged SEMA and OE Manufacturers over the past year, we are well positioned to serve the needs of AAIA Manufacturers. Our participation at the PWA Conference last month exposed us to a multitude of WDs that favor our solution.”

Through the development of its patented Distribution Relationship Management (DRM) software, the Reshare solution enables aftermarket manufacturers to manage sales and service with WDs, dealers and consumers through a unified web interface that offers unparalleled profit potential to the entire distribution channel.

Consumers are able to select and purchase the product they want from a manufacturer’s entire inventory and choose their preferred dealer for local service, support and delivery. Dealers share in the profit from the sale as they do offline. Dealers are also able to perform all of their purchasing from the manufacturer online, having chosen their preferred warehouse distributor for fulfillment, support and service. WDs share in the profit from the sale as they do offline.

“This core structure provides substantial benefits for the consumer, Dealer, Warehouse Distributor and Manufacturer when compared to other Internet sales models,” said Southam. “DRM is revolutionizing the way Manufacturers can sell online.”
