PHINIA Names General Manager of Aftermarket Business Unit

Russell Stebbins to bring a wealth of OES and independent aftermarket experience to the North America team, PHINIA said.

PHINIA Inc. announced that it has appointed Russell Stebbins as General Manager of its North American aftermarket business. In his newly appointed role, Stebbins will lead the North American aftermarket team and develop sales to independent aftermarket and original equipment supplier (OES) customers, executing PHINIAā€™s vision and value proposition to customers across the region, the company said.

Stebbins joins PHINIA with over 30 years of experience in the global automotive industry with a variety of companies, including TRW, Lumileds (Phillips), Akebono, and, most recently, Sensata Technologies. At Sensata, he served as the general manager of the global auto aftermarket business and senior director for the global aftermarket business unit.

ā€œRussell has a proven track record for increasing revenue and executing growth strategies for OE, OES and independent aftermarket companies,ā€ said Neil Fryer, VP and general manager of PHINIAā€™s global aftermarket business. ā€œWith his extensive career background, he has the know-how to excel in this role through sales, category management, marketing, remanufacturing, and more.ā€
