Pep Boys Selects Allstate Roadside Services as Roadside Assistance Provider

When towing for repair is required during a roadside event, Allstate Roadside Services will recommend transport of a customer's vehicle to the nearest Pep Boys location.

NORTHBROOK, Ill. — Allstate Roadside Services been selected to serve as the provider of emergency roadside assistance services to Pep Boys customers at more than 580 locations in 35 states and Puerto Rico.

"We are pleased to announce the launch of the Pep Boys discounted towing services program," said Patrick O’Brien, president of Allstate Roadside Services. "Pep Boys has a great heritage and brand, and we are proud to bring our industry-leading roadside assistance capabilities to their customers."

When towing for repair is required during a roadside event, Allstate Roadside Services will recommend transport of a customer’s vehicle to the nearest Pep Boys location. Through integrated technologies, the Pep Boys location will receive from Allstate Roadside Services information about the customer’s vehicle and its needs in advance, to help ensure the store team is prepared to provide fast, expert service when the vehicle arrives.

Allstate Roadside Services has a network of approximately 38,000 towing service providers nationwide, available to offer 24-hour towing, battery boost, flat tire change, lock-out assistance and fuel delivery.
