Crotzer joined Dayco in 1980 as a territory sales manager. He was promoted to heavy duty district manager in 1983, southeast regional manager in 1986 and his most recent position of east divisional sales manager in 1997. In this new role, Crotzer is responsible for all independent traditional sales in the U.S.
