AKRON, Ohio — Myers Industries has announced several promotions among its senior leadership team.

Todd Smith has been promoted to vice president and general manager in the company’s Distribution segment. Joel Grant has been elevated to vice president and general manager in the Material Handling segment. Chris Koscho has been promoted to vice president and general manager in the Lawn and Garden Segment, and Salvatore Incanno has been promoted to vice president of business development and corporate treasurer.

The company noted that Smith, Grant, Koscho and Incanno exemplify the energy, talent and leadership skills necessary to continue building momentum for the company’s growth initiatives with its industry-leading businesses and brands.

All formerly managing directors, Smith, Grant and Koscho will continue to direct all operations of their respective segments. In addition to his role as corporate treasurer, Incanno adds the responsibilities of business development.

“This new role for Mr. Incanno further underscores our commitment to seek and invest in strategic growth initiatives that create the greatest potential value for shareholders, customers and employees,” said Donald Merril, senior vice president and chief financial officer.
