Eaton Names William Blausey Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. announced that William Blausey Jr. has been named vice president and chief information officer. Blausey will report to Richard Fearon, executive vice president, chief financial and planning officer. Blausey had been vice president, information technology for Eaton's Fluid Power business since 2001. His career at Eaton spans 20 years.

CLEVELAND, OH — Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. announced that William Blausey Jr. has been named vice president and chief information officer. Blausey will report to Richard Fearon, executive vice president, chief financial and planning officer.

Blausey had been vice president, information technology for Eaton’s Fluid Power business since 2001. His career at Eaton spans 20 years. He joined Aeroquip-Vickers in 1986 as a programmer and then moved into increasingly responsible leadership positions in financial applications and manufacturing systems. Prior to his fluid power position, he directed e-commerce initiatives for Aeroquip-Vickers.

Blausey has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
