LONG BEACH, CA – The National Pronto Association awarded DENSO Sales California the Original Equipment (OE) Supplier of the Year Award. The award was presented during the National Pronto Group’s fall membership meeting, held in Oct. DENSO supplies Pronto with oxygen sensors, spark plugs, starter/alternators, spark plug wires, fuel pumps, wiper blades, receiver dryers and oil and air filters.
“We are pleased to receive this prestigious award from The National Pronto Association”, said Fran Labun, vice president, sales group. “Providing customer satisfaction through quality products and services is our primary goal at DENSO.”
The National Pronto Association, an organization of independent automotive aftermarket warehouse distributors, auto parts stores and auto service centers, has members throughout the U.S. and Canada. Pronto members were asked to rate each vendor in the OE vendor category on the following five criteria: product quality, profitability, prompt delivery, service and overall product line.
