BEREA, OHIO — CORSA Performance Exhaust, an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in high performance stainless steel and titanium exhaust systems, was named the official exhaust of the General Motors-sponsored Corvette Racing team. Corvette Racing participates in the American Le Mans Series, which is holding 10 North American events in 2005, including nine in the U.S. and one in Canada.

“We’re extremely honored to be associated with the winning tradition of Corvette Racing,” said Jim Browning, president, CORSA Performance. “This high-profile partnership is a testament to our technology and long history of exceeding Corvette enthusiasts’ expectations by delivering world-standard performance exhaust systems.”

When CORSA Performance entered the automotive aftermarket in 1998, its flagship product was a high performance Corvette exhaust system with no drone. Since then, the CORSA exhaust system has been on nearly every C5 Corvette pace car, from Indianapolis to Daytona to Le Mans.

“With the recent release of our C6 Corvette performance exhaust system, we feel we have set a world standard with our patented Reflective Sound Cancellation technology, providing a great performance sound and documented horsepower gains, all with no resonance,” said Browning. “Corvette Racing is the perfect platform to raise the awareness of our C6 system among Corvette enthusiasts worldwide.”
