Cooper Industries’ Kirk Hachigian Named to PACCAR Board

During his seven years with Cooper Industries, he has been instrumental in growing the company worldwide.

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Kirk Hachigian has been named to PACCAR’s board of directors, effective Dec. 9.

Hachigian is chairman, chief executive officer and president of Cooper Industries Ltd., a manufacturer of electrical products and tools. He was named president and joined Cooper’s board in 2004. In 2005, he was named chief executive officer and became chairman in 2006. During his seven years with Cooper Industries, he has been instrumental in growing the company worldwide.

Hachigian earned a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School.

Navistar Announces New Appointment to Executive Leadership

Navistar, Inc. announced a new appointment to its executive leadership team, as Dan Kayser will join as executive vice president of Commercial Operations, effective July 1. Navistar said Kayser will work with the leadership team to help improve customer satisfaction, employee experience, financial performance, and efficiency.

"He has proven himself to be an exceptional leader with strong expertise in commercial vehicles and operational effectiveness.
