MOKENA, Ill. The organizers of HDAW’14 have announced that Nancy Ringel, CEO and co-owner of AA Wheel & Supply Inc., will present at the annual HDAW Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Luncheon, to be held Jan. 29, 2014, during Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2014. HDAW’14 will take place at The Mirage in Las Vegas.
The LOT Luncheon is an optional networking luncheon for HDAW’14 attendees under 45 years of age, who want to grow their connections within the industry and learn techniques to advance their careers. The luncheon will consist largely of open networking time for attendees in addition to Ringel’s presentation on strategies for career growth and advancement.
Ringel was selected to present at the LOT Luncheon based on her compelling climb to the top of the organization that she now co-owns and leads, despite her beginnings in 1997 as a warehouse employee and delivery driver. Prior to purchasing the company, Ringel worked her way through several different roles including purchasing and pricing, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, human resources and Web design. Currently, Ringel oversees operations, supply chain, procurement, human resources, purchasing, pricing, marketing, financial accounting and IT, among the other areas she leads as the company’s CEO.
AA Wheel & Truck Supply Inc. is a second-generation business founded by Armond Sikes Jr. in 1990. The business has rapidly grown into a successful and award-winning company, and was the recipient of the Ingram’s 500 award and a former nominee for the HDAW Distributor of the Year award.
The HDAW LOT Luncheon does not require any additional admission fees but is open only to registered attendees of HDAW’14. Attendees interested in participating in the luncheon may sign up for the event during the HDAW online registration process.
