Vista-Pro Automotive Appoints VP of Retail Sales

James Hardoin has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vista-Pro Automotive announced the appointment of James Hardoin as vice president of retail sales. Hardoin had previously served as director of sales, national accounts, for Johnson Controls, where he was responsible for managing national retail accounts with annual sales revenues of more than $200 million.

While at Johnson Controls, Hardoin launched strategic programs and marketing initiatives, driving new channel growth and increasing revenues. Under his leadership, his team won multiple company and vendor awards for customer satisfaction and Category Management.

Hardoin has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Prior to his tenure at Johnson Controls, he was national accounts manager for GES America, where he managed retail accounts with sales revenues of $90 million and greater. His background also includes managing multiple independent sales agencies and manufacturer’s representatives.

At Vista-Pro, Hardoin will be charged with managing the retail sales channel, including national accounts. He will develop and implement sales plans, strategies and solutions that continuously provide value to Vista-Pro customers and help the company enhance its market share within the retail channel.
