FINDLAY, Ohio -- Two more companies have stepped up to announce their recalls of Cooper-made private brand tires.

Cooper said these tires – and those under recall by Hercules, Pep Boys and TBC – were counted among those it had previously announced were being voluntarily recalled.

Added to the list were Del-Nat Tire Corp.’s Delta A/S Sierradial and American Car Care Center’s American Prospector SUV, all in sizes 245/70R17. The Delta units were produced between Nov. 22 and Dec. 5, 2009, while the ACCC tires were produced between Nov. 15 and 21, 2009.

Both companies are offering free replacements. (Tire Review)
