EXTON, Pa. -- WAI Global of Exton, Pa., and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has finalized its acquisition of Newcastle, Calif.-based Lester Catalog, which has served the automotive electric aftermarket since 1941.

Lester Catalog will continue to serve the electrical aftermarket community with its electronic and printed catalogs. With the additional resources of WAI Global, Lester will expand its product and services offering including international markets.
